The characteristics of automotive cables mainly include high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, UV resistance, pollution-free, flame retardant and fire resistance, low toxicity, and no decomposition of corrosive gases.

High temperature resistance: automotive cables need to be able to withstand the high temperature environment generated by the engine and exhaust system, and are usually made of high temperature resistant materials, such as polyamide or polyamide modified polyester.

Flame retardant and fire resistant: The flame retardant and fire resistant properties of environmentally friendly automotive cables fully comply with national fire protection standards. When an electrical fire occurs, the cables are not easy to burn, ensuring the normal operation of the circuit system within a certain period of time. ‌
Low toxicity: Due to the particularity of the raw materials, the insulation layer and outer sheath of the automotive cable do not contain heavy metals that are harmful to the human body, ensuring health and safety during use. ‌
No decomposition of corrosive gases: Using new pollution-free special materials, various toxic gases will not be generated during use due to high temperature and other reasons, and the harm to equipment and instruments is relatively small. ‌
